All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
The item must not show any signs of damage, stains, or alterations

Any item that does not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

Worn or used clothing
Damaged or altered items
Items returned after the 3-day period

Refund Policy

SuitCity does not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns will be handled as:

Exchanges for another item, or
Store credit (if applicable)

Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

Contact us within 3 days of purchase or delivery
Provide your order details and reason for return
Our team will review and approve the request
Once approved, return the item as instructed

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Inspection & Approval

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or defective
Original delivery fees are non-refundable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) with proof (photos/videos).
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
